Xingshufu Banouet
Xingshufu Banouet is a restaurant interior designed for high-end dining centred on Sichuan cuisine. The venue covers 680 square metres and is located in a financial district of Shanghai. The design combines oriental elements with a contemporary approach, using controlled changes in colour brightness to give the space clear layers. Main materials include wood veneer, vintage stainless steel, marble, leather, mirrored stainless steel, mosaic and Malay paint. A strong visual focal point makes the space memorable and supports the identity of the dining brand.
Xingshufu Banouet Restaurant by Haodong Liu has been selected as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Xingshufu Banouet Restaurant won the Platinum A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition which rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
